Coteaux Bourguignons
Rosé
Far from usual Provence rosé wines the Domaine Verret makes a Coteaux Bourguignons Rosé. Made from Gamay on the terroirs of Northern Burgundy this wine has the fruity tenderness of great rosé wines but also has the distinctive and unique imprint which great Burgundy wines are made of.
A pleasure for the eyes, the nose and on the palate, it offers white flesh fruits and peaches aromas. Lively and charming it's a very good choice for those friendly get togethers.
You can serve it with some melon and parma ham or with some tempura shrimps or fried calamari.
